Our product´s quality and the meeting of customer requirements are the most important bases for further development of our company.
Apart from quality and qualitymanagement, reliability, flexibility and delivery reliability are therefore central to our company policy. By continuous adaptions to economic and social changes, we are constantly striving to meet all market and customer requirements. Our staff is constantly pursuing the aim of carrying out their work in accordance with procedure and work instructions which are stated in our quality and environment manual.
Being well versed with all rules of our company´s quality policy, our suppliers are likewise striving for our customer´s satisfaction. Quality relevant activities as well as quality assurance measures are being checked continuously; and at regular intervals the results are assessed together with the company´s Managing Director.
To ensure an effective implementation of our company´s quality policy, the Managing Director undertakes to provide the necessary financial and human resources. Management also considers it his duty to improve his employee´s sense of responsibility and quality awareness. Furthermore the Managing Director is liable for determining all responsibilities, business processes and procedures; he monitors the effectiveness of quality assurance activities and guarantee the availability of financial and human resources.
Our company regards operational environmental protection as a key principle.
That is why we had established an environmental management system according to EMAS II in 2003, which was replaced in 2012 by an environmental management system pursuant to the DIN EN ISO 14001. This is in order to pursue our requirement of limiting all negative impacts on the environment, employees, neighbours, customers etc. as much as possible. That concerns all our operational activities, especially manufacturing. Our company is committed to always optimise operational environmental protection.
To ensure this, all our methods and procedures are designated to conserve resources (auxiliary materials, producer goods, water, energy) and reduce all environmental impacts, such as waste, wastewater and emissions, to a minimum.
